What is the most gratifying aspect of blogging? What is the feeling that you get once you publish your post and get the first comment, the feeling when your post is shared and liked by your friends and their friends? Over the 100 interviews we have done at your Adda, every blogger has a different thing to say. In this first part, we share with you what is the gratification from these 21 bloggers. Increase in the number of readers. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing your “views per day” graph slope upwards.

Occasionally I just have to write a post saying ‘ Hey I am trying to figure out how this thing works?’ and within 15 minutes I get people saying what I should do. How great is that! It is so interactive. This thing is very alive, Blogging and twitter are very organic. They are like living things like this is not dead meat. It is a live medium. People respond to you and interacting with you. I can go to any country and I find that at least one guy has read my blog. Isn’t that cool. For me that is a Big thing

  1. The moment I publish my post a feeling of satisfaction comes from within. This feeling gets intensified while I watch the reader’s stats increasing. A comment from a reader makes me feel simply out of the world.

Well, blogging gives me a platform to express certain views that otherwise would have remained dormant within me. besides, what I feel most gratifying is that when you cover your skeletal idea with flesh and bones of words, it turns out to be a special creation and when its appreciated by others there is a sense of satisfaction.

  3. Once i write on the blog, it is my commitment to that thought. Writing comes only after one is confident abt what he /she is thinking. Thus, blogging makes me open to the world and in turn it is like searching my own soul in the process. It also gives me comfort and confidence that i can write. My blog many a times becomes my own counsel as also to my friends when they read it.

  5. Passive Blogging can be quite fruitful pastime as well source of knowledge.
    Active Blogging helps in creating fresh – grey cells, notwork, thinking.
    Serious blogging can achieve the planned objectives.

Its Awesome to read the very true & straight from the heart opinions like these….well, In my opinion the most gratifying aspect of blogging – I like to write & communicate effectively & by doing this I get to know one area in which i am good at. so the most gratifying aspect is reassurance to myself of my strengths & abilities.
