Hello to all the lovely people out there! It’s Saturday and the weekend is back with its story telling session on our Adda at Twitter. This week’s #AddaTales prompt was ‘“I don’t want to go to school,”she said. ‘ and we were instantly teleported to our ‘Tom Sawyer’ days when getting up for school was the biggest ordeal in the morning! Mom’s ultimatums won and our heart’s soft mumbles lost as we got dressed up for school! This weekend , our enthusiastic participants had their own beautiful script in mind. Who hasn’t spent nights wrapped in Grandma’s arms listening to her stories till late. We all have wandered through the prettiest heavens, met bunnies and beasts, danced around with princes and princesses with our personal storyteller- Our Granny! This week BlogAdda got nostalgic and let grandma narrate a brand new story. This week’s prompt was- “A Story My Grandma Told Me” and our twitter friends overwhelmed us with their tales. Love hardly finds a way to bloom through hectic work schedules and a week staring at work! Well, weekend’s here to make up for the love that missed you! This week, #AddaTales had cupid taking aim as two pretty souls dance their way through love. Miracles often find their place at the end of Bollywood movies or our classic fairy tales! Cosmic forces finally rub their eyes at the eleventh hour, making sure all ends well! This Saturday got a little spooky as our creative wizards set on to weave another story with #AddaTales. We made sure our readers never lost faith in miracles and found their ‘miracle’ on Twitter! The prompt of this week was “Miracles do happen!” and they did, indeed, by the end. For most of the week, our lives and schedules are tied up with the schedules of trains and buses and public transport in general, as they are the ones that keep our lives on track, quite literally! Especially trains, the mythical beasts that transport a vast number of people, and make people frustrated when they miss their date with it. So this time, we asked people to create an #AddaTales with the prompt ‘When he missed the last train‘. For the first time, we have a story in poetry rather than prose, so this is one tale that you shouldn’t miss!
