Festember is the annual student-run cultural and literary fest, organized and conducted by the students of NIT-Trichy. It has grown to become one of South India’s biggest festivals. With a long history of dazzling events, Festember has become synonymous with fun, learning and entertainment throughout India. Festember is a themed festival and this year, the theme is Cinema Paradiso.

The thirteenth edition of Aaruush, the National Level Techno-Management Fest of SRMIST, Chennai, is scheduled to be held from 26th to 29th September 2019.

Udghosh is the annual sports meet of IIT Kanpur. It is one of the largest intercollegiate sports festivals of India with a footfall of more than 60,000! It serves as an excellent platform for students of various institutes to exhibit and enhance their skills.

Eureka! is Asia’s largest B-Model competition held by E-Cell IIT Bombay accredited independently by CNN and Thomson Reuters. Over the 19 years of its existence, teams registering for Eureka! have been competing for prizes worth INR 5 Million at stake with excellent networking opportunities in India and the Silicon Valley! “Eureka!” is a 5-month long heuristic experience. Tutelage is provided in and out, right from writing a ‘Business Model Canvas’ (BMC) to drafting a ‘minimal viable product’. It is a competition of 10,000 entries fighting for INR 5 million.

Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management hosts its flagship event, Communique, an International Telecom seminar, bringing together eminent personalities from the telecom industry as well as government institutions to shed light on relevant topics and to enlighten the students on key issues of the industry.
