  2. naxal problem is related to poverty. these people are deprive from resources and growth. now they are behaving like terrorist. such activities are never accepted. we should use force against them. And parallely think for their growth.

    blame should goes to those who never let them grow.
    i do not who they are ? but it is very much true if some one is financialy sound and have enough resources for livlihood will never take gun in hand and kill innocent people.
    naxal is result of caste based politics i believe
