Vijay Anand, fondly referred to as ‘The Startup Guy’ has his blog at The Startup Guy. He is quite passionate about the startup ecosystem and is involved heavily in the creation of vibrant communities here in India.

He is the Founder of Proto.in, the startup ecosystem body, and has been a driving force in being involved in community events such as Barcamp Chennai, Blogcamp, Wikicamp, Podworks, Open Coffee Club in Chennai and seeding such similar initiatives across the country. Update of ‘Aahwahan – 09′ at BIMT Greater Noida, NCR

The E-week ‘Aahwahan – 09’ by Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida started with a great pomp and show “RIDE GREEN“. Nearly 70 bicycle riders started from their cycles in the morning covering a distance of about 6 kilometres around Noida Stadium. The purpose of the event was to promote its theme ‘Go Green‘ to revive the tradition of using non-fuel vehicles and creating awareness about the deteriorating climate of our world.
