If there’s one thing in the world that can rival the Rock of Gibraltar in strength, it is our fathers. They are the backbone of every family, and the person that everyone looks to in times of crisis. Fathers may be brave hearts, but that also means that they have a heart, which makes them vulnerable to feelings. Would you like to write about a father’s sensitive side?

A father’s strength comes from the knowledge that his family depends on him and that he, along with the mother, makes up the cornerstone of the family. But this very family can also be the only weakness that a dad has. As a dad, a man has to show only his resilient side, as he knows that if he shows even a hint of weakness, his family may crumble when times get tough. Still, many a father have shed a silent, secret tear when things get too much to bear. For all the wonderful things they do for their families, surely they are allowed their own moment of weakness. Even Superman has his Kryptonite! This Father’s Day weekend, write a story about such moments that may come in a father’s life.
