This time of the year, there are many events that take place all over India. The E-Summit by the E-Cell, IIT Bombay is one of the most awaited for. These guys pull in awesome speakers and always have something interesting that makes the event a successful one. This year, it’s going to be held on February 7, 2010. It’s a Sunday which is convenient for bloggers and so many others who don’t have to miss their working day. It is the annual flagship event of the Entrepreneurship Cell IIT Kharagpur. The GES Summit 2010 is one of the biggest entrepreneurial platforms for academicians, new-age entrepreneurs, eminent business personalities, venture capitalists and the students to gather at one place and share their entrepreneurial endeavors and experiences, and to pledge to take entrepreneurship to greater scales. IIM Ahmedabad (IIM-A) is back with the second edition of its financial conclave  organized by ‘The Centre of Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE), Beta – the Finance Club of IIMA and Leverage  – the Private Equity and Venture Capital Club of IIMA’. The theme of the conclave this year is “Challenging the New Normal”. A very interesting theme indeed. The agenda looks promising spread across two days and about 500 attendees are expected to attend.

In a few hours, we will welcome the year 2010. How did the year go by? What are your plans for the year 2010? Do you think you want to make a difference in the society this year? We all have some resolutions that we make at the start of every year – some get fulfilled while a few does not. Those that cannot be accomplished are mostly due to the fact that we didn’t work enough on them. If we would, everything is possible. Kindda. 🙂
