WOW: Colour Story

Hello Bloggers!

Last Sunday, quite a few people celebrated Valentine’s Day. The year 2020 has made a lot of us experience the love and support we get from friends and family members and we wish to carry forward a lot of learnings in 2021. We are so looking forward to doing a lot more things this year for all of you. We want you to continue, what you always love – blogging and challenging your writing skills. Keeping that in mind, we have something really interesting for your weekend writing as always.

WOW: Colour Story

“Colour is a power which directly influences the soul” – Wassily Kandinsky
A world without colour has no variety, the feeling of living in a world without colour would be equivalent to living in black and white television. Everything around us has a colour and we’re often attracted to certain colours and shy away from others.

This weekend, for WOW, we would love you to “Pick a colour of your choice, and note down everything you see of that color in a day.” Share with us your thoughts/perspectives/emotions/stories associated with that colour. Your colour doesn’t have to show up only in large spaces. It can be on even a small candy or a child’s hair clip. Once you pick a colour of your choice, experience how you start seeing more of that on a particular day! 🙂

While you are enjoying this weekend writing, what other plans do you have? Are you up to anything fun or interesting? Do let us know in the comment section.

Remember to submit your blogpost before Sunday midnight to be eligible as a valid entry and win a chance to display the WOW badge proudly on your blog and social networks.

Kindly add this line in your blogpost, ‘This post is a part of Write Over the Weekend, an initiative for Indian Bloggers by BlogAdda.’ Click on the submit button below and share your WOW entry.

Happy Blogging! 🙂
