- Who : U Narayanadas
What : UPA’s NAC rule – Dictatorship in disguise?
Tangy : A very interesting topic is taken up by this blogger. UPA’s ‘National Advisory Council’ (NAC) rule, has some points to ponder upon. The question is the transparency of work that is carried out. What are the things, which define the rules, people involved, and other important things that form the council? Are they doing the work they are supposed to do? Is the UPA’s NAC rule, dictatorship in disguise? Answer these questions after reading this post.
