Some lost their appetite, their hair turned grey,
Some wore out fingers, flipping calendars everyday,
Rumours to left of them, twitters to the right,
Some wasted time seeing a movie about a Kite,
Then the Adda’s announced the result was today
We keep forgetting there are 24 hours in a day
BP rising and falling, as the minutes keep ticking away …
Folks, today is the tomorrow, they announced yesterday
