Tata Literature Live! The Mumbai LitFest will run from October 30 to November 2,2014 at the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA), Mumbai and, for the first time, at Prithvi Theatre and The Easel in Juhu, Tata Literature Live from November 1st to 2nd, 2014.

Award-winning authors from Booker Prize like Ben Okri and Anne Enright to Pulitzer Prize like Vijay Seshadri, . Indian literary legends, Gulzar and historian Ramachandra Guha and over 100 celebrated writers and thinkers from across the world are attending the fifth edition of Mumbai’s premier international literary festival. Each day will see engaging panel discussions; book launches and conversations between eminent authors, publishers and literary agents; poetry readings; and engrossing talks and lectures by eminent experts.

In the true spirit of celebrating, recognising, honouring and encouraging outstanding literature, the festival, this year, has introduced three new awards – the Tata Literature Live! Poet Laureate Award, the Tata Literature Live! Book of the Year Award, Fiction and Non-Fiction, and the Tata Literature Live! Business Book Award – in addition to the ongoing awards, the Tata Literature Live! First Book Award and the Landmark Literature Live! Lifetime Achievement Award.

The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on November 2nd, 2014 at Tata theatre , NCPA from 6.30 pm onwards.
